16-18 SUPPORTED HOUSING
Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children aged 16-18, or ‘UASC 16-18’, are children aged 16-18 years old who arrive in the UK without a parent or legal guardian whilst claiming asylum.
18+ SUPPORTED HOUSING
Unaccompanied Asylum-Seekers aged 18+, or ‘UASC 18+’, are adults aged 18 or older who arrive in the UK with a view to seek asylum.
EMERGENCY HOUSING
At JSJP Properties, we specialise in providing safe, secure, and responsive emergency housing solutions for individuals and families facing urgent housing needs. Whether someone is fleeing domestic abuse, experiencing homelessness, or displaced due to unforeseen circumstances, we are here to offer immediate support and a place to call home — even if only temporarily.
UASC SUPPORTED HOUSING
Our 16–25 supported housing for care leavers offers a nurturing environment where residents can develop independence at a pace that suits them, with the guidance and support they need to thrive.
