18+ British Born Care Leavers and UASC 18+, are a group that we proactively support on their path to independence. 

Despite being aged 18 or over, these young adults may be experiencing travelling and living by themselves for the very first time. This, coupled with a potential language or education barrier means that they are at a crucial time in their life, in terms of making the right choices.

Along with their accommodation, the JSJP team will provide each young person with weekly wrap-around support and 24/7 access for emergencies that can often arise.
